Client Payroll Processor

This role will provide excellent customer service to all clients while servicing outgoing and incoming calls, emails, and faxes related to payroll. You will contribute to client retention by developing good client relations through exceptional service. 


  • Collecting timesheet data and payroll information
  • Entering data into payroll and administrative databases and software programs.
  • Ability to support clients via heavy phone interaction
  • Ability to support clients via email
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail when Calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions, commissions, etc
  • Ability to work overtime hours; weekdays and weekends as requested; not limited to but with an emphasis on daily overtime and weekend hours during year-end months (December through February)


  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum two years in a customer service environment
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and payroll taxes a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
