Marketing Specialist

This role manages various marketing communication initiatives and campaigns to support the Company's products and services and to aid in obtaining maximum profitability. Your projects will focus primarily on supporting field sales offices and various corporate marketing programs in support of our Payroll products and services.


  • Communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external personnel, partners or vendors, both verbally and in writing
  • Plan, develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns that would include, but not limited to: email communications, collateral development, advertising, sales tools
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships
  • Daily communication with field sales offices in multiple markets nationwide
  • Review facts and information and develop marketing copy that educates, differentiates, and sells
  • Analyze, comprehend, and interpret statistical marketing data
  • Oversee design and implementation of creative for various marketing pieces
  • Creates and manages the printing and distribution of various sales tools for corporate and field partners.
  • Occasional long, irregular hours.
  • Physical requirements include sitting, frequently speaking and hearing, and occasionally standing, walking, bending, crawling, kneeling and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing related field required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the B2B marketing field required. Payroll industry experience preferred
  • Previous experience working for or with an advertising/marketing agency.
  • Previous experience managing projects and supporting field/sales organizations
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing system such as SilverPop, Marketo, Eloqua
  • Strong knowledge of CRM system such as
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Read, comprehend, analyze, and interpret statistical market data
  • Write customer-focused copy
  • Analyze and resolve moderately complex problems
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships
  • Work in and contribute to a positive team environment
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
